[USCC] What is a flocked Christmas tree

Hi Clara,

One of those trees that is sprayed with some stuff to make it look like
it has snow on it...it can be various colors.  I guess in MI you get the
real thing!

I'd like to know that answer as well; there are 16 jurisdictions in
Santa Clara County that field questions about recycling of Xmas trees
here, and we are inconsistent with regards to composting vs landfill.
