Hello, all:

I was wondering if anyone could direct me to any research that has been =
done, or is underway, to address the question of what species of =
Federally-regulated weed seeds have been shown to survive the PFRP =
temperatures of well-run composting operations?

To see the list of regulated weeds, please see this website:

http://www.aphis.usda.gov/ppq/permits/fnwsbycat-e.PDF

Also, have any other states begun to address this issue? I understand =
there have been some efforts in Florida to control propagation of =
tropical soda apple in composted dairy manure.

As usual, your input is appreciated!

Regards,
Craig
