[USCC] Request: Product & Service Info

I was contacted by Kevin Gunderson who works for the Ho-Chunk Nation's
casino & hotel complex located in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Kevin is interested
in management alternatives for the food waste from their 3 restaurants,
collectively generating approximately 70 to 75 tons of food waste per month.
I will mention that on-site open windrow composting may not be feasible due
to proximity of airport.
For those of you on the USCC list who offer products & services for
composting & related organics technologies, please reply with information
about your products & services. Other USCC list recipients, please feel
free to provide any advice/insights that you may want to share.
